In their own words

The best points are the classy design and interior, the fuel economy on motorway journeys is incredible and can easily top 65mpg. Composed ride on fast A roads and motorways and simply eats the through the miles. Interior space is superb. Where I think it falls down is in comparison to it's rivals it isn't really on a par with them in any way. The engine is very gruff and course, especially from cold, the ride over broken surfaces and B roads is very crashy and transmits a lot of noise into the cabin. It's not as well screwed together as I would expect, with lots of rattles and squeaks coming from several parts of the interior. Steering feel is pretty non existent and the handling is numb. The standard satellite navigation is appalling; it will take you on the longest and most circuitous routes possible in some areas of the country (don't go to the lakes without google maps!). I've been driving for over 20 years and from experience it's a pretty average car. Taken in isolation it's not too bad but compared with the cars it's supposed to be stealing sales from it isn't a contest. Overall 6/10.

How reliable do you find the car?

Sunroof glass had to be replaced due to intrusive cabin noise and flexing around the seals.
