PAS, electrics including sunroof. No frills. Good safety features.

    Costs

    4 out of 5 4.0

Insurance stupidly low. Renault engine, so parts are cheap.

    Driving

    3 out of 5 3.0

Typical family car. Bit mushy when cornering - very little feedback through steering. Great on a motorway or round town. Does seem susceptible to being blown about in side winds.

    Performance

    3 out of 5 3.0

It moves quick enough, but it's no performance car.

    Reliability

    3 out of 5 3.0

Electricals are poor. Lots of niggles, but once fixed it seems fine.

    2 out of 5 2.0

It's a Volvo - it doesn't come with image. Revised front end is nicer than old plasticy one, though.

    Comfort

    4 out of 5 4.0

Very comfortable seats, but not quite enough driver legroom if you're tall like me. Good on long journeys.

  • Security and Service

    Security

Rubbish - but then who'd want to nick it?

  • Problems and Ownership

    Problems

    Engine

Engine prone to 'hunting' - i.e. revving without any input from you. Easily fixed for about £100.
