Purchased 12 months ago - safe, reliable to date, yet inexpensive compared to models in same class of similar age.
Costs
Surprisingly good mpg. Insurance OK. No garage work required yet - but parts seem easy to come by.

Comfortable, PAS essential, low noise. Unusually high dashboard level - but you get used to.

Adequate. Has zip if required. Smooth at speed.

Ideal for four plus central child car seat in back.

Not flashy enough to drawn attention. Comes with central locking - boot lock is automatic. Audio is security coded.
Service
Ownership club and dealership helpful. No garage work has yet been required. I am likely to use a competent local garage not Volvo for future servicing (although currently have FSH).
