What does this car say about you?

Stole it from Grandad perhaps. Old before my time. Not really bothered what people think.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Grandad loves it.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Considered the S60 replacement but it is made in Belgium and not Sweden as the S70 was. I will keep this one for as long as it is economically viable.

What are you likely to buy next?

This car will see me through to the economic recovery in about 2045.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Reasonable trade in. Vehicle has had 4 previos owners and S/history not as thorough as first thought. So maybe could have haggled.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Low miles, reported safety and reliability. Auto box and turbo power with refinement.

What was the dealer like?

Fine- years road fund and full tank of fuel thrown in.

What's it like to drive?

Great on long journeys. Comfortable and refined. But when you need overtaking power the turbo and 236 Bhp are there to help.

What's it like to park?

OK. It has an excellent turning circle for a large car. But I have to lean out the door to look where the back is going. Probably the V70 is easier to park- at least you can see where the back is.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Electrical problems with 2x electric windows. Fixed at dealer. Erratic idling upon cold start up. Uses alot of oil. Have to check regularly.

What's most practical about your car?

It takes me where I need to go and when I need to go. When you work shifts this is very important.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Heated seats, heated door mirrors. Air-con and great auto box.
