Value
Few cars on the road can offer the same amount of equipment as the S70 for the same price, as an overall package, the car is excellent value for money when bought 2nd hand.
Costs
Servicing can be a little on the high side and the car can be thirsty with fuel, especially if driven hard. Having said that, if you're looking for a cheap ""run around"", then this isn't the type of car you would buy.

Driving
Doesn't like corners at speed, but considering the size and weight, the car handles very well.
Performance
Even with a full boot and five people, the S70 pulls away effortlessly and reaches motorway speeds in seconds.

Reliability
Most Volvo's will live to see very high miles and offer very few (If any) problems. the S70 should be no different.
