Touchscreen system is distracting and dangerous, it controls everything including climate control. Build quality is well below traditional Volvo standards. Uncomfortable on longer journey's. Seats are hard and steering wheel is an odd shape & size. Dealer network isn't great overall , but TMS Volvo are very good. Boot space not good for a car this big and electric tailgate makes carrying a dog very difficult. Reasonable performance and economy for size of car, ride is OK, handling spoilt by electric steering. Not as refined as rear drive alternatives, engine is a little noisy at times - D4.
