The Corvette offers its owners a taste of jet-fighter technology with its head-up display to show speed and revs. It may seem like a gimmick, but this system keeps the driver’s eyes on the road for more of the time. Corvette also provides the more expected safety features of twin front and side airbags and a full ESP traction control system.
One of the Corvette’s big plusses is the amount of space it provides for luggage under that huge rear glass canopy. Below it lies a sizeable boot that can take a set of golf clubs with room to spare, while in the cabin there are plenty of places to store loose items. The big negative for the Corvette is its width, which makes it a pain to thread through narrow city streets or car parks designed with small European cars in mind, while being left-hand drive only compounds this.
