Ferrari 360 Coupe boot space, practicality and safety

1999 - 2004 (change model)
Practicality rating: 2 out of 52.0

A driver and passenger airbag are fitted to all 360Ms, but side and curtain airbags were never an option. However, the 360M was the safest Ferrari ever at the time of its launch and performed well in crash tests, though it was not put through the Euro NCAP assessment. The ESP traction control wards off any nastiness for the unwary driver or can be switched off by the more competent.

The 360M has a cabin that’s reasonably easy to get in and out of plus there’s also a small, square luggage compartment in the nose and fitted luggage makes the most of this space. There’s some storage behind the seats, but other than the glovebox there’s nowhere to stow small items safely. The 360 is not as easy to park as a Porsche 911 due to limited rear visibility and the width of the Ferrari can make tight manoeuvres daunting.
