Height and reach-adjustable steering wheel makes it easy to find a good driving position. The diesel is the worst offender when it comes to noise in the cabin space, otherwise it’s well insulated against wind and road noise.

The rear is just about big enough for three adults, the seats are comfortable and supportive (although those in high-milers will probably be saggier). Head and legroom are more than adequate.
