Mitsubishi Lancer Estate boot space, practicality and safety

2005 - 2008 (change model)
Practicality rating: 4 out of 54.0

There is no official crash test, but all models have four airbags as standard. Traction and stability controls are not fitted but it’s not the sort of car that encourages high speed driving.

As an estate for this sort of money this is a practical car and it does have some extra touches like useful storage areas in the arm rest and a waterproof load area under the boot floor. The rear seats split fold, but do not create a flat load area which does limit what you can carry.
