The world has moved on and the ergonomics are the area where the 206 really shows its age. You’ll need long arms and short legs to get comfortable. The pedal layout will infuriate drivers with feet larger than size 5 – they’re small and too close together. At least the 180 gets decent sports seats.

Rear space is not bad and will accommodate a couple of average-sized adults for short journeys. Refinement is not a strong point, there’s plenty of noise and bumps are noticeable.
