Peugeot 307 Hatchback (01-07) - rated 3 out of 5

The Peugeot 307 is no longer on sale here in the UK as it was superseded by the new 308 hatchback, but despite being on sale from only 2001-2007, it was a popular choice for many car buyers here in the UK and you can still see plenty of them on the roads today.

When it went on sale the 307 replaced the 306 hatchback and was available in estate, MPV and coupe convertible (named CC) forms as well as the hatchback, the CC outlived the rest of the range by a year and ceased sales in 2008. Unlike the 306, there was no saloon version launched during the 307’s lifetime.

Taller and larger than the 306, the 307 made a more practical choice as a family hatchback and was a key rival to the popular Ford Focus and Vauxhall Astra, the 307 won plenty of awards during its stint on sale too including the European Car of the Year title in 2002.
