3.5 out of 5 3.5

1.4 is the only engine option and it makes the CityRover more muscular (comparatively speaking) than any rivals. Here's one city car than doesn't feel out of its depth out on the motorway.

Fine for poodling about in but poor surfaces soon show up the limitations of its hard ride. Drive one in a hurry and it lurches about, although does offer reasonable grip.

Behind the wheel

Steering wheel doesn't adjust and the pedals are in a very awkward position - drive one before you buy one. You can specify leather on the seats, but even this does little improve a cabin that feels cheap.

Actually quite roomy with space for adults front and rear although seats aren't the best for support and it is not particularly refined.
