What is miles per pound?

Fuel economy

A more stringent standard for fuel economy (WLTP) was introduced from September 2017, and this model was not required to undergo that test. Its fuel economy measured under the previous test system was 24 - 31 mpg. However these figures are less likely to be achievable in real world driving and so should never be compared to another car's mpg which was measured under the newer, more realistic WLTP system.

You’ll be shelling out quite often for tyres on T5, fuel consumption is heavy and Volvo main dealer servicing can be expensive; it’s best to search out a decent independent. Residuals remain strong for this class.

Generally good it’s based on the old S70 saloon. Stonechips to the bonnet and the occasional brake and steering fault are the only complaints from owners. Will run to very high mileages if properly maintained and not abused or neglected.
