That finally I have overcome the need to spend thousands maintaining a BMW!

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Well, my dad went and bought one the week after we collected ours......friends think it is a Focus with a different badge on the front...

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes, it is attractive, great on fuel (56MPG on a run), cheap tax and insurance, spacious, well specced.

What are you likely to buy next?

The new Kia Picanto for my wife, who currently has my Cee'd....

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes, very. At a shade under £10k, it was a couple of thousand under list price and came with an additional years RAC cover and interest free credit!

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Solid sounding on test drive, 3 years interest free credit and much cheaper than a Focus/Astra/Golf.

What was the dealer like?

Very helpful and allowed us a couple of test drives.

What's it like to drive?

Small 1.4 engine hits above its weight. Steering is light at low speed and being electric it feels different to my E39 5 series. Can be a little noisy at 60mph.

What's it like to park?

Fine.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Yes, it has had to have a very small amount of corrosion sorted. Kia UK say it is the first they have seen.

What's most practical about your car?

Roomy for a hatchback and visability is excellent.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Ipod connectivity teamed with the steering wheel controls - great for a base model.
