What does this car say about you?

He doesn't care for the environment.... no wait, it's got the stop/start system he just doesn't want to be stuck in snow.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

As far as I'm aware everyone thinks it's good.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes, it's a toss up between an XS/HSE or an Evoque, the Evoque won.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes, excellent trade in, £1400 off for using Land Rovers finance, full size spare, mats and a full tank of fuel.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Didn't want to get stuck in snow again.

What was the dealer like?

The one I used went out of their way to accommodate me but I'd been to other LR dealers who had the "this is the price, buy it" attitude.

What's it like to drive?

Very comfortable seats. Using the Terrain Response System ensures excellent road holding in snow and ice.

What's it like to park?

Parking sensors are a must, could do with dipping mirrors (optional) to see car park lines otherwise quite good.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Glove box failed to stay closed, sorted immediately by dealer with no booking in required, same with a stiff gearlever problem. Servicing prices are a bit steep but I knew that when I bought it.

What's most practical about your car?

Good economy for a large 4X4 (ave 37mpg). Go anywhere ability.

All Terrain Response system.
