What does this car say about you?

"I care more about style than performance."

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

It looks good, but that's about it.

Would you buy this car again and why?

No way. It looks good on the outside, but inside its the same old story. Rubbish interior, cheap plastics, dodgy fabrics and poor build quality.

What are you likely to buy next?

If I were looking for a car in this category, a Ford Fiesta or Focus.

  • Driving it

    1 out of 5 1.0

    What's it like to drive?

Its a bit annoying to be honest. The brakes are ridiculously over-assisted and have no progression. The steering is too light and can be twitchy, the gearchange is loose and vague and the suspension is a bit crashy. Don't believe the claimed 58mpg either. I could barely get 45mpg average consumption, no matter how stingily I drove. Whereas my Ford Mondeo 2.0 Diesel would get 55mpg all day long. However, it has plenty of grip and low rpm grunt so can actually be quite fun to drive. For a Diesel.

    What's it like to park?

Pretty good for a modern car, rear visibility is average for a car of this size and you can't see the end of the bonnet. The side windows are very good due to the mirrors being mounted on the doors.

  • Living with it

Have you had any problems with the car?

No, has been relatively trouble free.

What's most practical about your car?

Its fairly nippy and easy to park. Good for town driving.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Most of the gadgets are pretty naff to be honest. The digital display gives a good first impression but you soon realise its functions are very limited.
