Jaguar XF review

Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

This is my second XF. My last was a 3.0 diesel, I only had a diesel because there was nothing else at the time but I do prefer the petrol engine. This car is much better equipped than my last one. The only thing I want that it hasn't got is a spare wheel and jack. I was going to buy one but the space is now totally occupied by the battery!! I HATE tyre repair foams, they are only temporary and speed after using is restricted to 50. Other drivers don't know why you are going so slowly and it causes angst! The car drives beautifully and is a great open road car. It is just as quick as the 3.0. Idle is a bit lumpy when cold but is smooth as silk when warmed up. Road noise is a little more obtrusive on Goodyear tyres than my last XF on Pirellis. Boot lid needs a slam; previous XF had a motorised lock which was great. Quality of finish is excellent, inside and out. Sat-Nav OK but still not as good as Tom-Tom and update cost is ridiculous. Tom-Tom is free now. So is Google maps on my phone. Come on Jaguar!! With Jaguar going all electric from 2025 this one will be my last of four which is a great shame.
