In their own words

I purchased this car to replace my Ford kuga. I am getting a little older, and wanted something more easier to drive, something I could my golf clubs in, and something smaller than my tank, as my brother would say. Not as easy a task as I thought it would be, in fact a lot of the larger SUVs could not take the golf clubs, electric trolley, and battery in the boot, so I thought my choices would be very limited. I also wanted an auto, and petrol, I had had enough of noisy diesels, and doing limited miles, and didn’t want the DPF problems that many diesels have. I popped in the local Kia showroom, as the 7 year year warranty was a massive incentive, so worries for 7years!, when did Ford, VW, and Merc every offer that ? I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the Niro, not going to set the world alight for style, but not offensive, the updated version looked smart in ocean blue and was self charging hybrid, so I could do my bit for the planet too. What really really surprised me was the interior, really stylish, tech that beat any Ford, and good quality too, the spec I chose was level 3, which was well loaded, and presented in leather , or leather look interior. The drive is very comfortable, quite quiet, handles well, and to be honest, is so easy with the auto, that a child could drive it ! The one thing I would say is that, it takes time to fully appreciate this, with all the tech, and and options, is that you almost have to go back to school, to learn about it all, but you tube is a good start if you get stuck. The other reason I have written this review , is to update many reviews of the older version, that I have read on sites , some negatives from the earlier version, is that the navigation system was slow and useless, this new version has a massive 10 inch screen, with apple car play and android. If you want a very spacious small crossover, it is definitely worth have a look, if you just want to enjoy driving and are not worried about speeding down the road, in my opinion you won’t find a better quality of build for the price.
