Its quick, efficient and looks great!!
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They thought it really suited me and even commented on the handling when they took for a quick test drive.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No - never!! Which is shame as i think its a great looking car.

Probably a mini cooper or new vauxhall astra

Did you get a good deal and why?
Not really. The car was listed as £3,899 and they added the warranty for an extra £201. No extras thrown in, or tax included.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
What was the dealer like?
Complete Cowboys. Swearing and shouting (not to me) but in-front of me, and several times when i was on the phone to them. (I'm a girl and not used to blokes swearing in-front of me , especially when I'm about the purchase from them). I loved the car so much I didn't let it bother me.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Lovely, the brakes took a little while to get used to. As i'd driven 2 peugeots previously the brakes were very sharp on them, and i found the MG quite slow in braking, but once i got used to the difference i had no complaints at all.
What's it like to park?
Great. it was small and compact and easy to get into tight spaces.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Um yes. 2 weeks after getting the car home the head gasket went. This apparently is a known fault on the MG's and one which the garage failed to warn me about. 3 garage inspections later and i was advised the issue was there at the time of purchase, and probably several weeks before that too. The warranty only covered half the repairs so i was £450 out of pocket in the first 2 weeks. I had a fight on my hands getting the other half of the money back from the warranty, but 6 weeks later a cheque arrived in the post. Oh i forgot to mention the front tyres were bald on purchase (i'm a girl and i didn't realise till my Dad pointed out!!) - Funny that seeing as the MOT was passed 2 days before i collected the car. Thats not all i'm afraid. 2 days after having a new head gasket replaced
What's most practical about your car?
Speedy, cant get parked into small spaces.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Sunroof. As silly as it sounds, i'd never had one before!!! I also loved the 6 cd changer - sad i know!!
