they all appreciate the space and comfort if i give them a lift. otherwise they think its an old man's car...

if they had this car with folding rear seats, yes. in the saloon form, no.

What's it like to drive?

excellent. engine is responsive, plenty torque and nice growl when pushed. very quiet and comfortable cruiser. ride and handling superb. steering could be a bit sharper.

What's it like to park?

its 5 metres long, so not always easy, but visibilty is fine.

Have you had any problems with the car?

rear suspension used to creak over speed bumps. fixed at 1st service. service costs at subaru dealers are extortionate. quoted £120 for minor (6 month) service. my local garage did it for £30.

What's most practical about your car?

fuel economy is excellent considering size of engine. never been below 30mpg.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

leather seats, aircon, cruise sontrol, good stereo.
