Citroën C4 Cactus PARKERS review
Comfortable and easy to live with, but too flawed for most drivers
These days car design seems to be converging so it’s not often a car that looks as radically different as the 2014 Citroen C4 Cactus comes along.
It looks more like a concept car than something you can go into a dealership today and buy, thanks largely to its AirBumps, a door protecting bubble-wrap that absorbs knocks and scrapes that would otherwise leave you with a big bill.
The technology behind it took three years to develop fully and is protected by Citroen with nine patents.
It’s not show on the outside and borrowed switchgear on the inside either, with a living room and travel theme responsible for the luggage strap door handles and suitcase glovebox.
