The cabin can look a bit shabby with age and there is audible road noise at most speeds. Without power steering it takes a bit of effort to park but is okay on the move. Visibility is also pretty good all round. SX spec and above have height adjustable driver’s seat.

The Punto’s biggest strength is its interior space and as such it offers more rear passenger space than comparable superminis both in terms of head- and legroom. Seats are okay but could do with more support for longer journeys.
