Honda CR-Z Hatchback (2010 - 2013) boot space, practicality and safety
The Honda CR-Z has yet to be crash tested by Euro NCAP, but if it did we would be surprised if the independent safety body didn’t award the small coupe the full five stars for overall protection. That’s because the Insight the CR-Z is heavily based on has already been awarded the full five stars for protection. As far as safety kit goes all three trim levels come standard with six airbags and anti-skid control.
As already mentioned it is best to regard the Honda CR-Z a two-seater than subject any poor adult to a trip in those tiny rear seats. There simply isn’t the head- or legroom to accommodate even an average-sized person. The boot, meanwhile, isn’t bad for a weekend break’s worth of luggage.
