The Infiniti G saloon safety kit includes six airbags as standard, as well as electronic stability control and a pop-up bonnet which helps reduce the risk of serious injury to pedestrians. Customers can also choose intelligent cruise control that uses lasers to maintain a set distance with the vehicle in front and can reduce power or apply the brakes as necessary, even to a standstill.

The G saloon’s minimum boot space of 450 litres is close to that offered by cars like the Audi A4, BMW 3-Series and Mercedes-Benz C-Class, and significantly more than offered in the Lexus IS. Cabin storage is fairly typical of a saloon in this class, but nothing special. Front and rear parking sensors are standard, although a rear-view camera is only available when choosing the multi-media navigation system.
