Jeep Cherokee Station Wagon interior, tech and comfort
1993 - 2001
(change model)
Robust, but dated looking interior will not please everyone. Manual 2.5 petrol and diesel models have an agricultural feel to the gearchange. Driving position and visibility is good.
Cosseting seats; luggage area impaired by vertical spare wheel. Rear passenger space not as roomy as you would expect. Ride is typical of a heavy-duty 4×4 – suspension seems to crash over nasty bumps and can be bouncy over undulating surfaces.
