Pros & cons
PROS
Cheapest convertible you can buy.
CONS
Pricey for what it is, no fun on motorways.
Smart Fortwo Cabriolet (04-07) rivals
Overview
Giving the smart a convertible roof has taken nothing away in terms of practicality but added an extra dose of fun to the already happy mix of compact dimensions, Mercedes-Benz kudos, funky interior and nippy handling. Tiny turbocharged engine has enough go for town driving and the paddleshift gearbox is fun and easy to use. Plastic body panels are interchangeable for different colours.
