Toyota Urban Cruiser verdict

2025 onwards (change model)
Parkers overall rating: 3.2 out of 53.2

Written by Jake Groves Updated: 19 June 2025

What we like

Like its Suzuki e Vitara twin, the Urban Cruiser is neat and tidy to drive. We really like the steering feel, while the suspension is firm without being too uncomfortable. The interior also has some useful touches, including the ability to slide the rear seats forward and back.

What we don’t like

The biggest problem with the Urban Cruiser is the infotainment, as it’s very slow and quite difficult to use. It’s also rather average in terms of the driving range offered, and its boot space isn’t as big as some other cars in its class.
