PROS
Comfortable and spacious interior, sliding side doors, smooth ride, strong diesel engines
CONS
Dated interior, wallowy suspension, seats don't fold flat, electrical reliability issues
If you're after a value-packed, large people carrier, then the C8 is worth a look. It's one of the best value around, with a spacious interior, lots of comfort and family friendly features such as sliding side doors. Top-of-the range models are handsomely equipped, even by Citroën's usual high standards and dealers offer outstanding cashback promotions.
It's not great to drive, but makes a comfortable long distance cruiser. It also shares its underpinnings and looks with the Fiat Ulysse and Peugeot 807, but it's the C8 that's the best value.
