The Portofino feels different to any other Ferrari we’ve driven, but in a good way – it’s impossible to ignore emissions these days, so fuel-saving tech like turbocharging and electric power steering are a necessary evil, but the Portofino is a lesson in how to incorporate them without dulling the experience. It’s a highly accomplished machine that works well at low speeds and gets better the faster you go. It also has an air of exclusivity than many other cars simply cannot match.
