Kia EV4 verdict
2025 onwards
(change model)

The Kia EV4 is another super-accomplished EV offering from a manufacturer that’s invested heavily in its electric range over the last few years. Building on the success of the EV3, the changes under the skin are subtle, but the end product is undoubtedly polished. If you’re looking for an electric hatchback, it has to be on your list.
What we like
The EV4 is comfortable, good-to-drive, spacious and blessed with a quality-feeling interior. It’s also price competitively with rivals and offers Kia’s brilliant seven-year, 100,000-mile warranty as standard.
What we don’t like
There’s no frunk which is a shame for practicality. The performance is useable but nothing to write home and the interior climate screen feels a little pointless.
