Loading characteristics of vehicles converted from passenger cars to commercials are usually quite compromised, but the Dacia Duster isn’t too bad at all.
The Dacia Duster Commercial van's load volume is measured at 1.15 cubic metres (1.0 cubic metre for 4x4 versions)
It has a fairly long 1,400mm load length, and the width between the wheelarches is a similarly impressive 1,002mm.
There is a full-height bulkhead (which we found to be a bit flimsy), with some holes to see through the rear window.
Access to the load area is provided via the rear tailgate or either of the rear side doors.
A toughened plastic cargo floor runs the full length of the load area, and roof bars are fitted as standard.
The Dacia Duster Commerical van's payload is rated at a flat 550kg.
