Vauxhall Vectra Saloon (95-02) rivals
Overview
Vectra has many critics, who often point to its lacklustre drive and less than sparkling image – especially in saloon form. But there’re plenty of reasons to buy one, too. There’s a wide choice of models (over 1/2 million cars were sold between 1995-2002), they’re well-equipped and often available at a knock-down price. The saloon has a good driving position, above-average levels of space and comfort and competitive running costs.
