The Caddy Maxi Life is close in terms of interior with its van sibling from which it is derived. This is not a bad thing because the interior in the Caddy is of a good quality and the plastics look like they will be hard wearing – a bonus for families who will be using this type of vehicle. The dashboard resembles that of the VW cars and is well laid out and all the controls are within easy reach of the driver.

Interior space is ample, which is a boon for passengers. There is plenty of head- and legroom but passengers in the third row of seats will have a limited view of the road but there are sufficient windows to allow a view of the journey and let enough light into the Maxi. Road noise is not overly intrusive especially when you take into account that this vehicle is based on the Caddy van.

The fronts seats are well-bolstered and give good support when on long journeys.
