Audi A4 Saloon verdict
2008 - 2015
(change model)
Should you buy a used Audi A4 (B8)?
Yes, but with one proviso – make sure that you buy a good one. A hard-used version that’s fallen out of quality maintenance will soon become an expensive money pit. But a good one will provide dependable and stylish transport while looking good and classy today.
Our choice would be a well run-in 2.0TDI, preferably with less than 100,000 miles on the clock and with a full service history with a reputable dealer or specialist. Do avoid anything with a patchy service record or a non-continuous ownership profile – and you’ll not regret choosing an Audi A4.
