What does this car say about you?
Maybe that I'm a bit blingy, but if you get any nice car you'll look slightly blingy.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
My very English neighbor turns her nose up at it a bit, but has driven it and admitted it's great fun. On a road full of Discovery's it stands out, which is nice.
Would you buy this car again and why?
In a heartbeat, I'm so sad that they stopped the 4.2 V8.
What are you likely to buy next?
Unfortunately, we have an expensive service coming up (80,000 miles) so are trading to a new-shape Q7. I'll miss it.

It was end-of-quarter, so we got 10k off the original price.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Had one as a courtesy car after our XC90 was written off, loved it.
What was the dealer like?
Very professional, arranged to deliver to my son's school, sorted out private plates etc. for us.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Amazing, the engine has so much poke. It feels like a small hot hatch, I love it.
What's it like to park?
Surprisingly easy, the Parking System Plus screen is clear and the sensors aren't overly sensitive.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing in 6 years of ownership.
What's most practical about your car?
It can fit 7 people decently, better than our 2008 XC90.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Bose surround sound is good.
