I bought a 2C71-225xe iPerfomance ( PHEV type ). I picked it up at the dealer on the 24 of May The car started by having a clear reduction on the distance that was able to run on electric power ( 40 Kms. in the origin ) after four months, becoming less that 20 Kms on November. I took the car to the BMW service in Madrid in January 17, where I was told after three days, that they have to connect the car via internet with the plant in Germany because they were not able to find what the problem was. After two weeks finally the plant said that they found the problem in a part of the electric motor. The service told me that they accepted the order but they disagree with it. The part needed more than a week to arrive but screws to fix it to the motor were missing. Once more the time needed was over a week. Finally last friday I get a call telling me that the car was ready for tests. After failng a complain in BMW Spain, I tried to do the same with Germany to the address given to me by BMW Spain, but the mailing service told me four times that the massage could not reach the final destination due to the fact that did not admit messages. Madrid told me then that the system in Germany will resend the message to Madrid. What type of Customer Service does BMW Germany have ? Must add that the Customer Service Spain after a week has not giving me any feedback
