BMW 2-Series Gran Tourer 220d Sport 5d Step Auto Owner Review

Bought the car with 12 miles on the clock as a ‘pre-reg’. This represented a huge saving on the list price for effectively a brand new car. It’s spacious and very well made. It’s quite a lively drive and handles well, yet is comfortable and a good car for long journeys. The two rear seats are not very practical for anything other than pre-10 year olds, but there is plenty of room for three in the middle row. The relatively high driving position is good, and so too, is the high entry position and wide door openings. Ideal for anyone who finds a traditional car difficult to access easily. Luggage space is good and the wide variety of seat configurations makes it fairly versatile. Overall, the Grand Tourer, is well-worth considering. Maybe not BMW’s most traditional of offerings, but it is a ‘real’ BMW and they are becoming very popular.
