What does this car say about you?
As it replaced a flashwagen and is our second car, I guess it says that the children are getting expensive.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They wonder why it has a breakdown truck attached to the wheels.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Not this car, no. I wouldn't wish it on my mother in law. Another BMW 330xd estate like this one? Oh yes.

Whe I throw this away? Another one.

I got an OK deal given I was a captive customer.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
End of 3 year deal on the previous car came just as an economic downturn was coming, so I just bought the best car I could for cash.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Heavy and solid. Which is why I bought it.
What's it like to park?
Fine, it has sensors.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Oh yes. (deep breath) Suspension arms and bushes, climate control fan, exhaust manifold, common rail components, xenons (they keep forgetting to reconnect them when they work on the suspension), front differentials (its a European xd model), exhaust manifold, blocked air intake, air flow sensor, fuel pump, the list goes on and on.
What's most practical about your car?
The warranty and the ENDLESS patience of both my wife who uses it and the dealer.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The family love the four wheel drive in the winter, the TV is a pointless bit of fun.
