What does this car say about you?

I cant afford an X5??? perhaps...but I sat in the X5 and its bloody massive. I would rather have a Disco 3 than an X5 anyway. Its the perfect car for my wife and soon to be family...I still have my 5 series Msport for fun..this for the weekly run to the shops.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

I think they all like it.....but who knows. I think people appreciate that it does what it says on the tin.

Would you buy this car again and why?

too soon to say...but probably

wifes decision as its her car...maybe a new X3 or Disco 3

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes...well you always think so. The car is a demonstrator and as such came with 4K miles...for 24K pounds. Added to the standard list the car had full leather ( not the kid on leather you can get thats like plastic ) heated front seats ( my wife wouldnt have a car without them ) dark ash wood trim, sports steering wheel, metallic paint, tracker and the running boards.....so for the sake of getting a car that was 4 months old we saved almost 10K....should pay off when it comes to trade it in.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Needed something larger than the Audi A3 for my wife as she is expecting. Wanted a change from the Audi / VW marque having owned 6 on the trot and I was enjoying my new 5 series

What was the dealer like?

erm ok....still chasing to get the ipod cable and rear car mats that were left out.

What's it like to drive?

its ok...find the steering a little to slow in self correcting. Its pacy enough.....but then the car we traded in was a Audi A3 3.2 quattro and it was always going to be slower than that

What's it like to park?

great...good visability and parking sensors all round. Wife loves them

Have you had any problems with the car?

only had it 2 months......everything seems ok

What's most practical about your car?

size.....pleanty of room in the rear and the boot is a good size.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

heated seats.......a must with leather
