Would you buy this car again and why?
No, the customer service was terrible. We only had the car 4 months, after all the faults we asked the dealer for a replacement or from him to buy it back from us, he refused. We traded it in for a Mercedes.
What are you likely to buy next?
We traded the car for a Mercedes, the customer service and build quality are by far superior. you get what you pay for.

What was the dealer like?
Not very attentive and extremely unhelpful when we had a problem. The customer service from the dealer & Chrysler is by far the worst we have ever encountered.

What's it like to drive?
Very smooth, comfortable and powerfull.
What's it like to park?
Big, big, big. A nightmare in multiple storey car parks.

Have you had any problems with the car?
Lots! The car has been back to the dealer 8 times in 20 weeks, electrcial faults inc transmission & ignition.
What's most practical about your car?
Nothing!
