What does this car say about you?

I want a no nonsense small car and don't care about brand image.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Think its a funny little car but impressed by economy, use of space for its size and its undemanding ownership.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes for value for money motoring everything is inexpensive about this car.

What are you likely to buy next?

Due to changes in personal circumstances something slightly larger is required but I am loyal to Japanese brands... Yaris/corolla/note etc.

  • Driving it

    4 out of 5 4.0

    What's it like to drive?

In a word. Fun. Bit like an original mini... Small size great for nipping about and with good quality tyres handling is nicely assured. Narrow tyres and light car makes good progress through snow and standing water in the winter. Remember that its a small, cheap car and its refinement is acceptable though at higher speeds engine noise does increase. Not quite so happy on faster roads but stay at the legal limit or less and you'll be fine. We have done 600+ miles in one day ! Seats a bit lacking if doing that distance regularly.

    What's it like to park?

So very, very easy. Small car + power steering + power mirrors + short bonnet and no boot lid = fuss free parking and turning.

  • Living with it

Have you had any problems with the car?

Fuel filler/boot release failed. Patch Welding required to front foot well and subsequently rear foot well. CV joint but all in all very reliable indeed.

What's most practical about your car?

Small size great for parking in silly spots. But also big enough to move a cooker with seats folded! Economy fantastic - I struggle to get LESS than 50mpg. Usually 55+.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Surprising space once rear seat folded and squab removed. 4x electric windows, central locking and airbags nice on such an inexpensive car. But its the fun and economical 3cylinder engine that makes the little car.
