Without doubt the worst experience of car ownership in 30 years. In 12 months this vehicle has been back to the dealer at least once a month, every month. Not had a fault free day in a whole year. It has never broken down but has had multiple failures in relation to various features in the car, also numerous loose trim rattles in the cabin. The stop/start system has never worked correctly (now waiting for a part from Italy). The TPMS has failed on three occasions, one of which resulted in me losing a tyre. Problems with heated seats, infotainment system will not work with my Iphone and also had a faulty USB slot which had to be replaced. Despite the claims of increased build quality the car even arrived with the door speakers incorrectly fitted and a large paint run inside the front passenger door. I was persuaded by the dealer to buy the diesel as at that time was working for a disability charity in a rural community and covering a lot of miles (first 7500 miles driven in under 6 months). In reality I got less than half the mpg claimed, no matter how carefully and sympathetically I drove. It has increased slightly with 2x engine software upgrades but still only in the early 40's. Sadly stuck with this "lemon" for 2 more years as current 50% depreciation means no value in it to change. Dealer, Fiat & Fiat finance all very sorry, but not a lot of help otherwise.
