Value
A/C, half leather etc on a escort can't be bad, but where are the electric mirrors?!
Costs
Not the cheapest of the range to buy, but holds value well for resale.

Good handling on the twisty stuff and stable on the long trips down the motorway.
Performance
Can't complain thats for sure! Fast enough to keep up with the majority of cars on the road and out-handles many!

Reliability
Not let me down yet, although did have some slight problems with misfiring when I bought it due to fueling fault.

Good looks due to the skirts and wheels always gets good reaction.
Comfort
Half leather seats are very comfortable and supportive, although adjustable lumbar support would have been nice.

Locks seem the same as any escort for the last 15 years!

They are good with the mechanical warranty but unfortunately the same can't be said for the bodywork warranty.
