What does this car say about you?

That I like a luxurious and practical car.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

My immediate family love the car and have said it has limo quality. It does get a few glances when out driving. Everyone who has been a passenger has loved the interior and the smooth ride and also have been impressed with the power that this car has.

Would you buy this car again and why?

I would most definitely buy this type of car again as it represents good value for money and you get a decent spec often found on higher priced German brands.

What are you likely to buy next?

Would like to own another one of these but a newer model. But as always budget usually dictates the car I purchase.

  • Driving it

    What's it like to drive?

In comparison to my previous vehicles this is a pleasure to drive, I commute 70 miles round trip for work and the car is effortless to drive, covering varying roads, rural dual carriageway and city roads. Motorway driving is a breeze, very little engine and road noise within the cabin and there is good all round visibility despite this cars huge size. The seats are comfortable and firm in the front and there's lots of leg and headroom in the back too. There's a 12v power outlet in the back and in the boot, to keep the youngsters charged up with their tablets and a handy drinks holder in the rear middle armrest.

    What's it like to park?

Parking takes a little getting used to due to its size, even with the parking sensors front and rear, navigating around city centre multi storey car parks can be a bit nerve wracking to say the least. But like all cars regardless of size you will get used to its limitations, so some drivers may find this a bit daunting.

  • Living with it

Have you had any problems with the car?

The only issues I have had with the car is that the air con has a disgusting odour emitted when used and the other issue I have had is that the stereo system loses Bluetooth connectivity with my mobile from time to time... Both issues I hope to resolve with the next service.

What's most practical about your car?

Storage space in the boot is cavernous and there is plenty of cabin storage too.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

My partner loves the heated seats, everyone who has been in my car have been impressed by the voice activated functions of the stereo and climate control.
