  • Summary

What does this car say about you?

I didnt buy it because of the brand, I suppose it says im a sales rep and not a particularly good one! I'm not by the way. Why go for expensive alternatives when this is all you need to cart the family about.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They like it and think the comfort and ride is good. Its old now though and my neighbours cars make it look a bit shabby!

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes definitely would, in fact my next car will probably be another mondeo!

What are you likely to buy next?

Im a mondeo man through and through, my fluffy dice will find a new home in hopefully the new model!

  • Driving it

    5 out of 5 5.0

    What's it like to drive?

Its great to drive, the steering is sharp and theres sufficient power from the engine to pull it along with no problems at all on the motorway. Country roads are a treat and you dont feel like your driving a big car.

    What's it like to park?

Its quite easy, its obviously not the smallest car but theres plenty of visibility and the power assisted steering makes it quite easy.

  • Living with it

    4 out of 5 4.0

Have you had any problems with the car?

I had an issue with the car not starting once at 65k miles and it was something to do with the ignition. It only cost £100 or so and has worked ever since, its now done 101k miles and is very reliable.

What's most practical about your car?

The size is great, which makes it really comfortable for both long and short journeys. I have 2 kids and on UK breaks I've never had any problems about fitting luggage in the boot.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

The stereo is really good, cruise control is also really useful. The air conditioning works a treat and I wouldn't buy a car without it.
