Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes if I was to buy again tomorrow...

What are you likely to buy next?

...but I intend to keep it for a few years so who knows what's around the corner.

  • Driving it

    What's it like to drive?

Town driving is fine, but motorway driving puts the car in it's element. Sitting in 6th gear brings the MPG up and leaves plenty of revs for overtaking - which is very responsive. Lane hogs also move out of your way. Road noise is minimal, even on the motorway. It's easy to hold a conversation with others in the car without having to shout. Biting point is very low on the clutch, which takes a little getting used to. However if you're crawling through heavy traffic your ankles are going to get a good workout. Acceleration is impressive for a car of this size and you'll quickly race through 1st and 2nd gears.

    What's it like to park?

Reverse parking takes some getting used, rear visibility is good but not great. Parking sensors are something I wished the previous owner coughed up for. It is also a very wide car. Not wanting someone to prang my doors I try to park between 2 smaller cars at the supermarket.

  • Living with it

Have you had any problems with the car?

    Not yet

What's most practical about your car?

The boot is huge. Your shopping will roll around and you'll need practically need to climb in to get it back. Plenty of room for 5 adults

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

There are plenty of buttons around the dash and steering wheel. Lots of storage holes to lose your things in. The retractable cup holder comes close, but the heated front screen is a godsend.
