What does this car say about you?
Tough one.. I bought it because I like the fact it's convertible, it's fun for a day out and cheaper to run that my previous one.. Why should a car say something about me?? I bought it cause I liked it, not because someone would look at me in it.

Never asked.. really don't care.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Not bad.. they took my 911 in exchange so I was trading down. I got a fair price of the 911 and probably paid a £1000 over the odds for the CLK.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I'd wanted to sell my 911 Carrera 4S as it was likely to be depreciating more rapidly. Also, the family was getting a bit sick of being bumped around in the Porsche so I opted for something more spacious and comfortable.. if a little more boring !
What was the dealer like?
really very pleasant. A dealer on the A127 toward Southend who specialises in prestige.. very helpful and back up service was great.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Hmmm... I had a 911 C4S before this, so it's a bit like a sofa in comparison. Comfortable, nice to look at, but you'd rather sleep on it than anything else.
What's it like to park?
Pretty easy, mine has park sensors, so no issues

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Couple of minor points when I took the car. The rubber on the windows needed sorting, the seat squeaks and the roof can be a little tricky so you need to careful with it.
What's most practical about your car?
I have 2 kids so they have enough room in the back.. plus a half decent boot. Great fun with the roof down for a family day out and .. it's probably verging on ''classic'' status so it's unlikely to lose too much more money.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The roof is great fun, clever and always brings a smile to the face when you drop the lid.
