Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe (2009 - 2017) E400 AMG Line 2d 7G-Tronic Owner Review

The summary I am providing is two fold , the car is an important part of your purchase but the supplying dealer in many ways is more important than the car.It took me an age to find the car I wanted. I would suggest that the car needs a proven service history and obtain an Experian or similar credit / check.The horrors they turned up on other cars was well worth the twenty pounds it cost me.I am 6' tall and if you are any taller and you look at a car with a sun roof it could be a tight fit.If you lower the driver seat to get in the car make sure you are happy with your forward view.As with any two door coupe the rear view takes getting use to.Fold the rear seats down and you have a small estate car.The Sat Nav on my 2016 car is very slow.The road noise is slightly higher than I would have liked but this car does have the 19" AMG wheels on it.Low profile wide tyres generate road noise.On the subject of tyres I would stay with the recommendation of Mercedes Benz. Don't be to influenced but some of the road tests suggesting that the Audi or BMW is a better drivers car , could be , but make up you own mind.
