In their own words

my pride and joy (that I purchased here in December 2017) car goes into Renault Cardiff because of a fault with the alarm system in February. They keep the car on site trying to sort the problem as this was agreed the best and quickest way to resolve the issue. I get a call over 2 months later on Friday the 10th of May saying "we've still not been able to fix your car but you're having it back". Despite being annoyed at this, I go and collect my car. Only to discover that now my car has bird dropping damage to the paintwork (that I paid £1500 extra for), an unfunctioning clock that cannot be reset and an undertray that is hanging off and is broken. Renault customer services kindly paid to have the engine undertray temporarily fixed (with another garage) but refuse to take any further investigations into how or why my engine undertray had been left hanging loose and also why the car was released in an un-roadworthy condition. So now my pride and joy remains unfixed and damaged after being with Renault Cardiff for 2 months. No one seems to actually want to resolve these problems but instead simply say "we are sorry you feel this way".I am utterly upset at the results, dissatisfied and disappointed. As a loyal Renault customer, this is my 4th brand new Renault I've had in 10years, loyalty seems to mean absolutely nothing. Shame. Sadly they've lost yet another loyal customer.
